Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) [the “Client”] for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The requirement is for one (1) Senior Engineering Graduate to assist the Directorate of Maritime Management and Support (Management Information System) and the Royal Canadian Navy manage its technical and material-identification data and to assist in preparing guidelines on existing material management and technical data management business processes and procedures to its members. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for three (3) years, plus two (2) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2021, with two (2) one-year option periods (1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022, 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023).
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 230 days per year.
