Should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, they may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date. Where additional invitations are made during the solicitation process, they may not be reflected in a bid solicitation amendment.
Description of the Requirement:
DND has a requirement for Task and Solutions Professional Services, specifically one (1) Senior Business Consultant (Level 3) and one (1) Intermediate Business Process Consultant to conduct a review and in depth analysis of the hospitality functions of the RCN including; Food Services, Accomodations, and Naval Messes (Social Clubs).
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for an approximate level of effort (LOE) of eighty (80) days.
Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract to 31 Mar 2017 (estimated).
