Description of the Requirement:
The RCMP requires a consultant to provide a report on the concept of implementing a Super-Hub Policing model. The consultant will analyze and report on the present policing model, situation and challenges from a variety of perspectives.
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number M5000-19-5222/A dated April 8, 2019 with a closing of April 25, 2019 at 2:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
Suppliers must submit a signed confidentiality agreement before being given access to the Statement of Work, as it contains information that is confidential or proprietary to Canada or a third party. The Confidentiality Agreement can be obtained by contacting the Contracting Authority as noted below.

Special comments: The RCMP has additional security requirements, the contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Reliability Status as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
Additional information will be provided to the successful bidder prior to contract award.
Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award for six (6) months.
