Description of the Requirement:
This contract is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) (the “Client”) for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. DND has a requirement for professional services consultants with demonstrated expertise in the Technical, Engineering and Maintenance Services Stream, as a Life Cycle Management Specialist (5.16) and as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist (5.14).
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for one (1) Junior Life Cycle Materiel Manager (LCMM) and one (1) Junior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist under the Technical, Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS) Supply Arrangement (SA) on an “as-and-when requested” basis. The resources must provide support to the Imaging Systems Program (ISP) for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Imaging Services.

Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract to 31 March, 2019. There is a one (1) year option to extend the term of the contract from 1 April, 2019 to 31 March 2020.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 100 days for the Junior Life Cycle Management Specialist and 135 days for the Junior Integrated Logistics Support Specialist.
The estimated level of effort of the option period will be for 120 days for the Junior Life Cycle Management Specialist and 240 days for the Junior Integrated Logistics Support Specialist.
