This RFP is only open to pre-qualified Suppliers under Stream 4:
Real Property Project Management Services, of the Task and
Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement, Tier
2.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
Canada seeks to establish one (1) Contract under the TSPS SA,
Stream 4: Real Property Project Management Services, for the
Department of Public Works and Government Services.
The work will be performed in the National Capital Region.
DURATION OF CONTRACT:
From the date of Contract Award to 31 March 2016, with an
irrevocable option granted by the Contractor to extend the term
of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year
periods.
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY:
Combination of Mandatory and Point Rated Technical Criteria,
with a minimum pass mark. The Basis of Selection is Highest
Combined Rating of Technical Merit (60%) and Price (40%).

The Request for Proposal closes at 14:00 EST on 30 January 2015.
