This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for category 5.16 Life Cycle Management Specialist, Senior (Level 3).
All nineteen (19) Supply Arrangement Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

Description of the Requirement:
DND has a requirement for Task Based Professional Services. One (1) Senior Life Cycle Management Specialist (Level 3) contractor resource is required to provide System Engineering support services in support of the Project Management Office Light Weight Towed Howitzer (PMO LWTH). The assigned tasks will be related to army requirements involving the implementation of data and voice communication through Enhanced Position Location Reporting System (EPLRS) radio, software requirements and implementation, and related Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) configuration, sustainment and requirements management. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for one (1) year, plus two (2) one (1)-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract to 31 March 2017 (estimated).
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 240 days.
