The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency) requires the service of a senior procurement specialist. The main objective of the expert resource is to lead a project in the development of procurement policies, procedures, training and control framework, compliant with Government of Canada procurement policies including latest Treasury Board Secretariat initiatives such as the Chief Procurement Officer pilot. As well, the expert consultant will provide procurement guidance and advice to the Agency’s executives in Finance and Administration as well as the Vice-President, Corporate Services on the organization of the procurement team to accommodate the growth of the Agency and its business.
