PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:

PROJECT NO.: R. 009886.007 - CBUS Room SB236A and B136,
Centre Block,
111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Provide upgrade cooling to CBUS computer rooms SB236A and B136
located at 111 Wellington Street that will allow for future
anticipated computer loads. Two (2) new cooling units will be
added and suspended from the slab above for room B136. New
cooling unit to be wall mounted for room SB236A. The newly
installed AHU's will accommodate cooling for the growth patterns
over the next 10 years.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT

This procurement contains a security requirement. At bid
closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security
Clearance at the level of SECRET. Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:

There will be a site visit on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at
10:00 a.m.. Interested bidders shall meet at the main entrance
of Centre Block, 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.

Please Note: The names of each individual attending the site
visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they
represent, must be provided to the Contracting Officer by 3:00
p.m., Tuesday, October 14, 2014 in order to gain access to the
site. All names are to be submitted to the Contractual Authority
