2027 Roof Replacement & Fall Protection,
RMIS Engineering (RMIS), on behalf of Northern Lights School Division, invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the roof replacement and fall protection project at St. Pascal School.
The work includes removing approximately 16,150 ft² (1,502 m²) of existing inverted built-up roofing (BUR) and BUR roof systems and installing a new SBS roofing system, including associated fall protection work.
The contract will be awarded on a stipulated-sum basis, with limited unit-price work. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted.

Bid Submission: Bids and amendments must be emailed to [email protected] before 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Hard-copy submissions will not be accepted, and bids will be opened privately. Emails must not exceed 20 MB; Dropbox or a comparable file-sharing service may be used if necessary. Bidders are responsible for confirming receipt.
Each bid must include security equal to 10% of the bid amount. Contractors must be qualified to perform the work, and the successful bidder must be a certified applicator approved by the roofing system manufacturer.
RMIS and Northern Lights School Division reserve the right to request additional information, verify original documents before award, reject any or all bids, and not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
Anticipated Construction Period: May 3 to August 16, 2027.
The project is professionally managed by RMIS Engineering on behalf of Northern Lights School Division.
