Note to Tenderers:

the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of

Work Description:
Work to be done under this Contract consists of:
1.) Installing slope mesh on rock cuts, and rock disposal from
adjacent rock slopes and ditches to eliminate hazard of sudden
rock falls onto the Alaska Highway
2.) Hand scaling and tree shrub removal performed in conjunction
with slope mesh installation.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work.

Site Visit: There will be NO SCHEDULED SITE VISIT. However,
contractors are encouraged to view the site on their own.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed on or before October 25th, 2013.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project
is estimated to cost around
$750,000.00.

bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other
