Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a Contractor to supply and deliver eight (8) Robotic Total Stations to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, “F” Division, Estevan, Saskatchewan in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Proposal. This requirement also includes training for up to ten (10) people. Training will take place within four (4) weeks after delivery of the goods.
Deliverables must be received within four (4) weeks of contract award.
Security Requirement: There is no security requirement with this requirement.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price per unit, will be recommended for award of a contract.
Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit indicated on the first page of the solicitation.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
