Description of the Requirement:
Employment and Social Development Canada requires the professional services of a Statistical Analyst Intermediate Level in support of the Digital Services Directorate / Principal Publisher Division. The primary objective is to further develop the Department’s capacity in analyzing and reporting on web analytics in order to improve services and to take better business decisions.

The contractor/offeror must, at all times during the performance of the contract/standing offer, hold a valid designated organization screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) of the ISS, PSPC
The contractor/offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid reliability status, granted or approved by the CSP/ISS/PSPC
Subcontracts which contain security requirements are not to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP/ISS/PSPC
The contractor/offeror must comply with the provisions of the:
Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex C.

Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of Contract shall be for one (1) year plus three (3) additional one (1) year option periods.
