Description of Work:
Statistics Canada’s Collection System Division (CoSD) requires two (2) resources to work on specific tasks in the context of ICOS;
- One (1) resource to review the development framework currently in use for CMP, and implement the new required functionality. As part of their tasks, the resource is expected to ensure knowledge transfer to other developers of the CMP project, to ensure that the delivered product will be maintainable in the future.
- One (1) resource to run the required volume test scenarios and provide expert advice and recommendation regarding the improvement of the performance of the CMP application, to meet the volume required by the Census production.
The contractor must ensure the required functions are implemented according to the internal guidelines and conventions – documented in the CMP Coding and Style Guidelines- currently in use and under the direction of the Statistics Canada Technical Lead and Project Authority.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
A portion of the work is currently being performed by Coradix Technology Consulting Ltd. under contract (value $340,235.09) until March 31, 2015 and Nisha Technologies under contract (value $440,022.00) until March 31, 2015.
