Title: UV-C Sterilizers
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the purchase of two (2) Portable UV-C Device Sterilizers and four (4) Portable UV-C Room Sterilizers.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue two (2) Contracts for this requirement, one (1) Contract for the Portable UV-C Device Sterilizers and one (1) Contract for the Portable UV-C Room Sterilizers. Should one Bidder provide the lowest evaluated price for both Sterilizers, PWGSC will award that Bidder one (1) Contract.
Delivery and training must be completed on or before 2021-03-31.
The requirement includes an irrevocable option to purchase up to two (2) Portable UV-C Device Sterilizers and four (4) Portable UV-C Room Sterilizers to be exercised at any time before the expiry of the Contract.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
This bid solicitation requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
