The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement to purchase one
(1) Ultra Violet (UV) Water Sterilizer for trial aboard a Hero
Class Mid Shore Patrol Vessel in accordance with Specifications.
The UV sterilizer shall be operating in marine conditions which
includes but is not limited to, vibration, vessel rolling,
pounding and pitching and salt water environments is required.
This requirement includes an option to purchase an additional
eight (8) units pending results of the trial. Canada may
exercise the option by 31 March 2016.
The UV Water Sterilizer is required within one month of contract
award.
The unit(s) are to be delivered to Burlington, ON.
The optional unit(s) are to be delivered to Sidney BC, Dartmouth
NS, Quebec, QC, Burlington ON,
The requirement is not subject to any Trade Agreements.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
