IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to
retain a coastal engineer or fluvial geomorphologist or sediment
management scientist, acting as a prime consultant for the
provision of services required for the Sediment Management and
Dredging Strategy in Wheatley, ON, as more fully described in
the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.

The RFP process will be conducted in a single stage - single
phase selection process. Proponents responding to this RFP are
requested to submit a full and complete proposal. The proposal
will cover not only the qualifications, experience and
organization of the proposed Consultant Team, but also the
detailed approach to the work, and the pricing and terms
offered. A combination of the technical and price of services
submissions will constitute the proposal.

It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.
