The EBIDM capability transformation is a broad program of change impacting processes, technology and people across many components of SSC. The support required includes assisting in the development and management of a broad program of change, evolving transformation approaches and strategies, implementing proven change management practices and planning and managing the realization of the expected benefits of the implementation of the EBIDM capability. There is also the need to support the cultural and procedural changes and practices required by employees and Partner Departments to institutionalize the EBIDM capability.
