The County’s Information Technology Services (ITS) department requires ongoing support for enterprise data and analytics services, including governance, strategy, engineering, and platform operations, on a temporary basis to supplement internal capacity and expertise. The County is seeking up to four qualified suppliers to support the planning, design, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of its enterprise data ecosystem. This includes data governance frameworks, data architecture, pipeline development, data quality and information lifecycle management, analytics and business intelligence solutions, and database administration. Qualified suppliers may provide advisory, design, development, integration, and operational support services, with a focus on data integrity, security, scalability, performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
