Tender description
The Department of Pacific Economic Development Canada (formerly Western Economic Diversification Canada) has a requirement to obtain the services of a contractor with specialized expertise in artificial intelligence, business process transformation and custom software development to design and implement tailored AI-enabled solutions to streamline the Agency’s program delivery workflows.

The proposed supplier is the only firm known to Pacific/Prairies Economic Development Canada with the specialized expertise, technical compatibility, and demonstrated delivery capacity required to deliver the project as a single, end-to-end engagement within the required timeframe.
The expected dollar value of this contract is $235,000 (tax inclusive) and the contract dates are expected to run from October 19, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
