Nature of Requirements:
Filtered Aluminum Sulfate
This request for a Standing Offer agreement (SOA) comprises of
the furnishing of all labour, materials and equipment required
for the supply and delivery of filtered liquid aluminum sulphate
to the Waste Water Treatment Plant located at C.F.B. Borden.
Work covered in this SOA includes:
(1) Supply and delivery of filtered liquid aluminum sulphate
when and as required; and
(2) Requirement that delivery driver/technician ensures delivery
is made safely into the specified holding tanks located at the
CFB Borden Waste Water Treatment Plant.
The period of the Standing Offer is for one year with 2 optional
extension periods.
It is intended to issue a Standing Offer to the responsive bid
with the lowest evaluated price. The evaluated price will be
based on the aggregate of the firm requirement plus the 2
optional extension periods detailed in Annex B.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
