To supply and deliver , warewashing products ,detergent
management and necessary services
related to equipment in the kitchen and cafeterias at Ste.
Anne's Hospital -The Department of Vetran's Affairs in Ste Anne
de Bellevue, Qc.
Ste Anne's Hospital serves three (3) meals a day to its
residents, employees and visitors, for an estimated 1500 meals a
day. Food services consist of a central kitchen and two (2)
cafeterias.
The period of the contract will be for one year firm ,with two
optional years of one year each.

An optional site visit is planned for this purchase.
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority three (3) days before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.
Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded
from
submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
