Purpose:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking, on behalf of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)a Proactive Monitoring Solution
IRCC requires a proactive and automated solution to enhance its protection, confidentiality and integrity of client information. The solution will be used to improve the timely identification, reporting and investigation of questionable System of Record end-user actions through the collection of user interaction data. The goal is to implement a solution that meets the IRCC requirements identified in this RFP to minimize the threat of information misuse and malfeasance.
