Nature of Requirements:
This requirement is for the supply of an audiovisual system and
related services for the RCMP's Niagara Office Administration
Facility, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Supplier will deliver a
high-performance command and control system and multiple video
teleconferencing / presentation systems for the building. These
systems must share common components and function either as a
video teleconferencing or as a local presentation system. Audio
conferencing will not be required as part of this work. See
solicitation document with Stament of Work annd related
appendices attached.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
