Nature of Requirements:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the renewal of the Operation and Maintenance of the North
Warning System (NWS). Due to the complexity of the North Warning
System procurement, Canada will be conducting various engagement
sessions with industry to solicit comments and feedback.

The intent of this Letter of Interest (LOI) is to provide an
overview of the anticipated engagement process to be conducted
prior to the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
