Nature of Requirements:
Amendment 01 is being raised to correct the text characters in Article 3, section 13 of the Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN).
3. Criteria for assessment of the Statement of Capabilities (Minimum Essential Requirements)
13. The Analyzer mustmeet the following criteria as a minimum:
CO2 specifications:
Precision (1 sigma, 30seconds) 25 MHz.
9. The Analyzermust have the following outputs: RS-232, Ethernet, USB and analog (0-10V).
10. The Analyzer must be capable of sampling under typical ambient concentrations of water vapour with no special filtering required.
11. The Analyzer software must provide real-time data in graphical view and include automated water vapour correction.
12. The Analyzer must be capable of sampling a range of ambient pressures (minimum 250-1000 Torr), automatically correcting for changes in altitude (pressure).
13. The Analyzer must meet the following criteria as a minimum:
