New measures related to integrity provisions included in the soli
itation documents requires attention.
The Atlantic Laboratory for Environmental Testing of Environment
anada, located in Moncton, NB, requires a fully automated ion chr
matography instrument system for the simultaneous determination (
.e. analysis, separation and detection) of major ions in various
ater matrices (i.e. surface waters, wastewaters and salt water sa
ples) that are sent to their enviornmental analytical laboratory
or research and monitoring testing. Namely, the system will allo
measurements of the following contaminants: chloride, sulfate,
romide and nitrate and calcium, sodium, magnesium and potassium.
All deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2016.
Bidders MUST meet all mandatory specifications found in Annex A,
nd MUST provide a completed Annex D, Table 3, Technical Evaluatio
Criteria WITH their bid to be considered responsive.
This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides
