Liquid Chromatography System
The Atlantic Laboratory for Environmental Testing of Environment
Canada, located in Moncton, New Brunswcik, requires the supply,
installation and delivery of a Liquid Chromatography
Quadrupole-Time Of Flight Mass Spectrometer (LC-QTOFMS) system
for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of a wide variety
of traces level environmental organic compounds. The System must
be installed on-site and the Chemistry Section staff is to be
trained on its usage. The Mandatory Sepcifications are detailed
in the Requirement at Annex "A".
All deliverables MUST be received on or before March 31, 2016.
This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages of Canada.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
