Environment Canada (Analysis and Air Quality Section, Air
Quality Research Division, Ottawa) has a requirement for a ultra
high performance liquid chromatography/triple quadrupole mass
spectrometry (UHPLC/Triple Quad MS) system used for method
development and identification of polar organics in particular
matter in support of NAPS network, Oil Sands Monitoring Plan,
PERD and other programs,in accordance with the mandatory
specifications detailed at Annex "A" of this Request for
Proposal (RFP).
