The Department of National Defence has a requirement to procure
an Optical Target System to accurately measure Cartesian
position of projectiles passing through the effective target
area, of individual shuts and fire bursts in the subsonic,
transonic and supersonic regimes. These measurements performed
with this system will be used in tests for the acceptance or
rejection of Small Arm Weapons and Ammunitions performance as
per criteria defined in NATO standards.
