The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a
National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply and
delivery of Integrated Siren and Light Control System (i.e.
Control System) for use by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police
(RCMP) throughout Canada on a variety of vehicle types for (a)
unmarked and (b) marked applications, on an "as and when
requested" basis, for a period of three (3) years from date of
issuance with two (2) one -year extensions
A maximum of two (2) Standing Offers may be issued.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on
Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA), Canadian FT with Panama-Columbia-Peru and the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
