Work Description:
Work under this Contract comprise of supply and installation of
a Card Access Control System at Esquimalt Graving Dock.
Site Visit:
A Site Visit has been scheduled for July 04, 2012 at 10:00 am
local time. Contractors are to meet at PWGSC Project Trailer
located at 825 Admirals Road, Victoria, BC. Interested bidders
are required to provide their name(s) and company names to Steve
Windl at (250-363-8739) or S••••••••@•••••.••.ca prior to site
visit. The front gate commissionaires will only allow access to
site if previous visitor information is provided and name(s)
appear on the visitor list.
Delivery Date:
The work is to be completed within twelve (12) weeks after
contract award.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between
$200,000.00 to $300,000.00.
Firms intending to submit tenders for this project should obtain
tender (solicitation) documents through the MERX services
provider. Addenda when issued will be available from the MERX
services provider. Firms that elect to base their bid on tender
(solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at
their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the bid
calling authority on their intention to bid. In all cases,
bidders must indicate (when requested) on the tender form the
identification number(s) of the addenda, if any, that they have
taken into consideration for their bid submission.
