PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work covered by this project includes, demolition works of
existing ventilating and heating equipments and metal ducts,
supply ventilation equipment and installation and new
ventilation metal ducts; removal of existing ventilation units/
installation of new fans, heating coils and accessories, and
cooling equipements, and all new building electronic controls
center at 150, Dion, Matane and all associated works thereto.
SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on March 21 at 10:00 AM. Interested
bidders are to meet at René-Tremblay building, 150 boulevard
Dion, Matane.
MANDATORY CRITERIA
The bidder must comply with all requirements of the tender,
including the following:

CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD VERIFICATION:
Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
the information. Failure to comply will render the bid
non-responsive.
Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide
such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result
in the bid being declared non-responsive.
PERIOD OF WORK
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 29
weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
BUDGET
The budget, for this project, is from 1,000,001$ to 5,000,000 $

copy. Bidders should take note that attachment 1 (ATT 1)

service provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender
documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk
and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling
