The Avascent Group, Ltd.Description of the Requirement:The Canada Revenue Agency requires two Project Monitors (One is at Senior level and one is at Intermediate level) and two Organizational Design and Classification Consultants (one is Senior level and one is at Intermediate level) to review the entire project approach, methodology, scope, timeliness, budget, organizational structure etc. as well as to provide a comprehensive plan to bring the project to fruition including new scope, plan, monitoring and progress tracking and maintaining.
