The CMHR seeks software that automates the administration of its Performance Management System by creating web-based evaluation templates; automating the evaluation process and producing notification for all types of evaluation reports; creating a goal library; creating employee record files; and providing an automated report processes for administrators. While the scope of this project is limited to Performance Management, the organization may wish to automate additional processes in the future – such as compensation management, performance pay administration, and learning management – and therefore, the proponent’s suite of products is material to the bid process.
