Requirement for a specific type of marine lifting device for a launch and recovery system (LARS) to allow for profiling with water quality instrumentation and sampling apparatus for conducting Limnological (freshwater Oceanography) research and monitoring for Environment and Climate Change Canada on the Great Lakes. It will be used onboard a Canadian Coast Guard multiple purpose vessel and must be designed and construct in one contiguous package that is easily installed and removed.
