This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.

Requirement:

Title: Sound Masking Equipment

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf
Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) have a
requirement for Sound Masking Equipment to distribute sound
masking equipment to all noise sensitive areas at the Harry
Stevens Building - 2nd and 3rd floor of Service Canada Centre
(SCC) office located at 125 East 10th. Avenue, Vancouver, BC.

Due to recent renovations based on Government Workplace 2.0
standards (lower baffle boards and closer proximity of staff to
each other), a noise cancelling system is required to improve
speech privacy in the 2nd and 3rd floor operational areas.

The successful contractor shall be responsible for the supply,
delivery, and provide on-site installation and commissioning
services of the equipment.

All deliverable requirements must be received on or before
March 31, 2016.

The total cost of the system shall not exceed Thirty-two
Thousand ($32,000.00) Canadian dollars, including the delivery,
installation, and commissioning. Taxes are extra as applicable.

There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.

There is an optional site visit associated with the requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

This requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian Goods
and/or services.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
