Requirement:
Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, St. John's, NL. requires the
delivery of one (1) portable whole plant photosynthesis gas
exchange system for quantitative measurements of crop stress
response to soil management treatments affecting plant nutrient
stress levels in greenhouse and growth chamber experiments.

document at Annex A. Delivery is requested by March 2, 2015.
