The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) has a requirement for a pressure sensitive paint measurement system for observation of steady and unsteady real time surface flow measurements. This system will be applied in the teaching of aerodynamics, high speed aircrafts and turbomachinery aerodynamics.
Delivery of the system must be on or before March 29st, 2019.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
