1. REQUIREMENT:
Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the
Department of National Defence, Defence Research and Development
Canada (DRDC), has a requirement for the supply of a Handheld
Laser Scanner System. The system required is a portable,
non-contact, easy-to-use measurement system that is capable of
accurately measuring and generating a 3 dimensional
representation of any object in any location as per the
specifications laid out in the Request for Proposal document.
2. CODE OF CONDUCT AND CERTIFICATION PROVISIONS:
Bidders must submit a complete list of names of all individuals
who are currently directors of the Bidder. Furthermore, as
determined by the Special Investigations Directorate,
Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list
may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form.
3. TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The proposed requirement is subject to the provisions of the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
4. BASIS OF SELECTION
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation
to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract
