solicitation number W8483-117051/B dated 2012-08-06 with a
closing of 2012-10-01 at 2:00 PM EDT.
Only the Bidders in RFP W8483-117051/B that have attended both
Mandatory site visits in Victoria and Halifax will be able to
meet the qualification requirements.
This amendment is intended to incorporate all the answers
provided to the Bidders questions and all modifications to the
previous RFP are identified in yellow.
