DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
The Optical Tracking System will be used to track targets of various sizes and speeds at various ranges under varying lighting conditions. The Optical Tracking System will consist of a positioner and associated cont
roller, a control console with video tracking capabilities, a display, keyboard, mouse and joystick, and a video camera with lens and associated cabling.
