REQUIREMENT: The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a Multi-Sensory Firefighting Simulation System, as detailed in Annex ?A?.
DELIVERY DATE: While delivery is MANDATORY on or before January 30, 2018, it is preferred that delivery be provided on or before December 20, 2017. Please provide your best delivery date in Annex ?B?.
DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
