- Develop a positive candidate experience.
- Build a future talent pool from within.
- Deploy automated tools to our processes.
- Offer a mobile access for candidates.
- Highlight and advertise our employer brand.
- Manage and update our career site easily.
- Offer multiple reporting functions and dashboard.

The solution must be available in English and French.

Accessibility
The solution must be minimally Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Compliant 2.0AA.
Experience
Tenderer must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in applicant tracking system solution services and implementation.
Tenderer must have done implementation for organizations that are similar in size and type to VIA (large-scale organization, national organization).
Implementation date
