CCTV VIDEO MONITORING SYSTEM

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for a
CCTV VIDEO MONITORING SYSTEM, in accordance with Annex A -
Requirement, Pricing and Delivery of the Request for Proposal,
to be delivered and installed in Fort Frances, Ontario by 31
December 2013.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

A mandatory site visit will be held on 08 October 2013 at 10:00
AM at the CBSA facility, 301 Scott Street in Fort Frances,
Ontario, Canada. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting
Authority no later than five (5) calendar days before the
scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of
the attendee(s) who will attend. Bidders must attend the
mandatory site visit in order to bid on this solicitation
process. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation
resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment
to the bid solicitation. Late arrivals will not be accepted.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
