FOR
PBX VOICEMAIL/MESSAGING TELEPHONE SYSTEM
REQUIREMENT
The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada
(PWGSC), on behalf of the Environment Canada(EC) is soliciting
proposals from bidders, with respect to the supply and delivery
of a PBX & Voice Mail Messaging Telephone System.
The proposal is for the overall Architecture, the Hardware,
Licensed Software, Documentation, Training, all required
peripheral network equipment, 12 month warranty and Hardware and
Software maintenance.
It is intended to result in a 1 year contract plus three
one-year irrevocable options for maintenance of system.
TRADE AGREEMENT
The Request for Proposal procurement is subject to the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
APPROACH
This Request for Proposal is intended to solicit proposals from
potential suppliers with respect to the procurement of the PBX
VoiceMail/Messaging Telephone System.
