Title: Onsite Wastewater Disposal and Treatment System

Location: Queen Charlotte City, BC

Work Description:
The work is located at the Parks Canada Facility at 1325
Cemetary Road, Queen Charlotte City, BC.

The principal works to be executed and for which all materials,
plant and labour are to be supplied by the Contractor as shown
in the plans and specifications:
1. Supply and installation of Type III package sewage treatment
plant.
2. Supply and installationof sewage effluent pump station.
3. Supply and installationof utility drainage spetic field.
4. Connection of sewage treatment and disposal system to
existing sanitary sewage system.
5. Testing and commissioning of sewage treatment system.
6. Supply all required close-out submittals, including detailed
operations and maintenance manuals and mark-up as-built
drawings.

Construction Time:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within eight
(8) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the bid.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project
is estimated to cost between
$65,000.00 and $75,000.00.
