The purpose of this amendment is to modify a mandatory criteria and to add a mandatory criteria in the Annex A and in the Attachment 1 of the solicitation document attached herein.
Also, the purpose is to clarify the information published in Amendment 001. The pages 1 and 2 of 11 apply to the amendment. However, the pages 3 to 11 of 11 were attached to the Amendment 001 document by mistake as they are already part of the original solicitation document and not the Amendment 001.
