Environment Canada, located in Burlington, Ontario has a requirement for the supply and delivery of oceanographic equipment that can be described as "Rosette Water Sampling System". This submersible device utilizes a number of water sampling bottles in a carousel arrangement that can be remotely triggered from the surface to capture a water sample from the depth required.

The mandatory technical requirement of the system is detailed in Annex A, Requirement, of the Request for Proposal.
