Nature of Requirements:
Title : SYSTEM FOR THE DISPERSION OF BIRDS

Provide a system for the dispersion of birds comprising
twenty-five (25) scare cannons according to the data shown in
the following paragraphs.

Delivery Date

All the deliverables must be received on or before 4 weeks after
Contract award.

Item Mandatory Technical Criteria
1 Scare canon must be able to be in continual movement
2 Fire the gunshots in several directions
3 Be equipped with a timer to adjust the periods of work
including a random mode
4 Be self-sustaining and work without electricity (that is to
say must have solar panels)
5 Be mounted on a tripod
6 Possibility of using a remote wireless activator

Basis of Selection - Mandatory Technical Criteria

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be
declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
