Nature of Requirements:
The RCMP requires the integration and associated services from
Industry to provide Digital Interview Room Recording
capabilities primarily in the form of commercial-of-the shelf
(COTS) hardware and software.
The resulting NISO shall be valid for a period of three (3)
years from the date of issue and includes an irrevocable option
to extend the validity period for placing call-ups for two (2)
additional one (1) year periods.
The requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT).
Resulting contracts issued against any NISO resulting from this
RFSO may be subject to CLCAs, depending on where the interview
room recording equipment will be used.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
